Sticky Pouches

Sticky Pouches are ready-to-use coloured pouch traps designed for monitoring and mass trapping of flying insect pests in agricultural and horticultural crops. These pouches can be easily converted into highly effective sticky traps by coating them with Sticky Glue. Made from durable polyethylene material, they provide an economical and convenient solution for farmers to prepare sticky traps directly in the field. Sticky Pouches are suitable for use in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes for effective pest monitoring and suppression.

Target Crops & Pests	Suitable for all agricultural, horticultural, plantation, ornamental, greenhouse, and nursery crops. Effective for monitoring and trapping whiteflies, aphids, thrips, leaf miners, jassids, fungus gnats, and other flying insect pests.
How it Works	Sticky Glue is uniformly coated on both sides of the coloured pouch to create a sticky trapping surface. Flying insects are attracted to the colour of the pouch and become trapped upon contact with the adhesive-coated surface. This helps in pest monitoring, early detection, and reduction of pest populations.
Method of Use	Apply a uniform layer of Sticky Glue on both sides of the pouch. Suspend the pouch above the crop canopy using a string or support stick. Place traps uniformly across the field and inspect regularly. Replace or recoat pouches when the adhesive surface becomes covered with insects, dust, or debris.
