Sun Rise Solar Trap

During day time the battery gets charged by Sun light absorbed by the solar panel which is converted into electric power by the electronic circuit-ry and stored in the battery. During night time, this stored energy is used by the UV lamp which switches on automatically as it gets dark and would work for four hours. Harmful nocturnal or night flying insects which are most active during this time are attracted by the ultraviolet light emitted by the LED’s. The insects, on hitting any of the parts of the light assembly, fall into the pool of soap water emulsion in the tub, drown and die. The dead in-sects can then be removed from the tub trap at appropriate intervals which can again be refilled with soap water emulsion.
